NDIS Therapy Support (ages 9 and up)

Betta Days is a registered NDIS provider, offering therapeutic counselling support for NDIS participants aged 9 and up.

Counselling can help participants build emotional well-being, develop skills for managing difficult thoughts and feelings, strengthen relationships, and work towards greater independence and participation in everyday life. Support is goal-focused and linked to the goals in your NDIS plan, so you can see how therapy fits with what you’re working towards.

All support is trauma-informed and tailored to each person. We draw on evidence-based approaches such as TF-CBT and ACT, adapted to suit different ages, communication styles and needs.

Who we work with

We support agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants. Therapy is usually funded through the Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living budget.

Where sessions happen

Adults are seen in our office in Kurri Kurri, while children and teens have sessions in our relaxed, camp-style room. Outreach is available across the Hunter region, with travel charged in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
